Ad IntellX ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Ad IntellX web application at justskal.site (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

We do not collect location data, payment information, browsing history, contacts, or any other personal data beyond what is listed above.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, tracking across other apps or websites, or selling to data brokers.
Your email address and name may be shared with our backend servers to process ad performance analysis requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Your account information is stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
Ad IntellX may connect to third-party advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) to retrieve your ad performance data. We access this data solely to provide you with the one-time forensic audit report. We do not share your personal information with these platforms beyond what is necessary to authenticate and retrieve your data.
When you connect your Meta advertising account via Facebook OAuth, Ad IntellX accesses the following data from the Meta Marketing API on your behalf:
/insights endpoint/me/adaccounts endpointZero data retention policy: All Meta advertising data is used exclusively to generate your audit report within your active session. We do not store, cache, sell, transfer, or use this data for any purpose beyond generating your immediate report. When your session ends, all retrieved Meta data is discarded. We do not retain it on our servers.
Our access to your Meta data is strictly read-only. We never create, modify, pause, or delete any campaigns, ad sets, or ads. To revoke Ad IntellX's access to your Meta account at any time, visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Ad IntellX. You may also contact us at admin@adintellx.com to request confirmation that no data associated with your Meta account is held by us.
Ad IntellX is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
