Executive Summary — Read This First
We believe radical transparency about what we do and do not claim is a feature, not a disclaimer.
Institutional trust is built by telling people exactly what a product does, what it cannot do, and where its conclusions have limits. This page does that. It is not fine print. It is the honest version of what Ad IntellX is.
Read it before you share a report, reference it in a business decision, or rely on it as a legal or financial document.
Purpose
Why this page exists
Every verification product carries an implicit temptation to overstate what it knows. We have designed Ad IntellX specifically to avoid that temptation. This page is where we make that commitment explicit.
The digital advertising industry has a long history of inflated claims: guaranteed results, proven ROI, confirmed fraud detection, algorithm exposure. Ad IntellX is not that. We identify patterns, flag risks, and create evidence records. We do not prove fraud, guarantee outcomes, or certify legal compliance.
Being direct about limitations is not a weakness. It is what makes the evidence we do produce trustworthy. A Claims and Limitations page that actually names the limits is stronger institutional positioning than a product that implies it can do everything.
What Ad IntellX Does — In One Paragraph
Ad IntellX independently reviews advertiser-authorized data to identify account-health patterns, risk signals, anomaly indicators, tracking gaps, no-lead spend windows, optimization recency issues, delivery anomalies, and creative fatigue patterns. It produces a time-stamped evidence record and plain-English findings. It does not make changes to any ad account. It does not prove fraud. It does not guarantee results. It does not replace legal advice, financial audits, or agency management.
Claims Guardrails
What to say and what not to say
This is the authoritative guide for how Ad IntellX, its users, and its partners should describe verification findings.
Do Not Say
We prove your ad spend is being wasted
Too absolute. Verification identifies risk patterns, not confirmed outcomes.
Say Instead
We identify waste-risk patterns and anomalies that may indicate inefficient ad spend
Do Not Say
We stop wasted ad spend
Ad IntellX does not make changes to any account. It provides findings. Action is taken by the advertiser or their agency.
Say Instead
We identify where waste risk may exist. Advertisers and agencies use our findings to take action.
Do Not Say
We guarantee better campaign results
Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control: advertiser response to findings, agency execution, platform dynamics, market conditions.
Say Instead
We help advertisers and agencies identify issues. What happens next depends on what actions are taken.
Do Not Say
Our audit found $X in wasted spend
Dollar figures imply confirmed waste. Verification finds risk indicators, not confirmed losses.
Say Instead
Our audit identified $X in at-risk ad spend based on the anomalies and risk patterns detected
Platform Claims
What we do not claim about platforms
Ad IntellX is not anti-platform. The verification layer exists alongside platform reporting, not against it. These claims are explicitly off-limits.
We do not claim platform dashboards are false
Platform dashboards report campaign activity. Ad IntellX reviews account health. These are different things. We compare platform-reported activity against independent verification signals — we do not claim the platform's numbers are wrong.
We do not claim to know how platform algorithms work
Ad IntellX identifies delivery patterns and anomalies. We cannot determine why a platform's algorithm made specific decisions. Claims about algorithm behavior are beyond our verification scope.
We do not claim platforms are committing fraud
We do not use the word fraud to describe platform behavior. We identify patterns that may warrant further review. Any legal determination of fraud requires qualified legal counsel and appropriate legal proceedings — not a verification report.
We do not claim to have superior attribution data
Ad IntellX reviews whether conversion tracking appears to be functioning. We do not independently verify that platform-reported conversions reflect actual business outcomes. Our tracking health review identifies gaps, not confirmed attribution errors.
Agency Claims
What we do not claim about agencies
Ad IntellX supports responsible agencies. These claims about agencies are explicitly off-limits.
We do not imply agencies without the Seal are negligent
The IntellX Seal gives agencies a documented way to demonstrate verification standards. Not having the Seal does not mean an agency is performing poorly or acting irresponsibly. Many excellent agencies operate without a formal verification certification.
We do not claim the Seal guarantees agency performance
The IntellX Seal documents that an agency has met a defined verification standard at the time of certification. It does not guarantee future campaign performance, client outcomes, or continued competence. It is a verification credential, not a performance warranty.
We do not claim Ad IntellX replaces agencies
Ad IntellX is a verification layer, not a campaign management service. It does not run ads, make optimization decisions, or manage budgets. It is designed to work alongside agencies as an independent verification system.
We do not claim only verified agencies are legitimate
Agency quality is determined by many factors: strategy, execution, communication, results, relationships. The IntellX Seal covers a specific slice of that picture: independent verification of credentials and stewardship practices.
Outcome Claims
What we do not claim about outcomes
We do not guarantee ad performance will improve
Finding and addressing risk signals may improve account health. Or it may not — depending on market conditions, creative quality, audience dynamics, and many other factors. Ad IntellX provides findings. Outcomes depend on what is done with them.
We do not claim to catch every issue
The methodology has limitations. Some account-level issues are not visible through the API. Some patterns require more context than the review window provides. A clean Ad IntellX report is a good signal, not a guarantee that no issues exist.
We do not provide legal advice
Nothing in an Ad IntellX report constitutes legal advice. If an advertiser believes platform activity warrants legal action, they should consult qualified legal counsel. An Ad IntellX report is a verification record, not a legal document.
We do not provide financial audit services
Ad IntellX is not a financial auditor. Our reports are not financial statements and do not meet financial audit standards. For financial auditing of ad spend, consult a qualified financial professional.
