Ad IntellX ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the A-Score independent ad spend verification platform.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, business name, and contact details when you register
• Payment Information: Billing information processed securely through Stripe (we do not store credit card details)
• Social Media Account Credentials: OAuth tokens to access your advertising accounts on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

Important: We only access ad accounts and campaigns you explicitly authorize through OAuth. Our access is strictly read-only for verification purposes. We do not create, modify, or manage your campaigns — we only read performance data to generate your A-Score and Verification Record.

• Advertising Performance Metrics: Via Meta Marketing API, Google Ads API, TikTok Ads API, and LinkedIn Marketing API, we collect reach, impressions, frequency data, engagement metrics, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rates, and campaign/ad set/individual ad performance data
• Usage Data: How you interact with our platform, features accessed, and session information

Note regarding Meta Data: The data we retrieve via the Meta Marketing API consists strictly of campaign configurations and aggregated performance metrics. We do not collect, access, or store the Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of the individual Facebook/Instagram users who view or interact with your advertisements.

• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide A-Score Verification: Analyze your advertising performance metrics to compute your A-Score, generate your Verification Record, and identify delivery inefficiencies and spend integrity issues
• Generate AI-Powered Analysis: Use Google Gemini to provide forensic findings and verification summaries within your audit report
• Monitor Account Health: Calculate A-Score trends, monitoring alerts, and performance signals in real-time for subscribers
• Send Alerts and Notifications: Notify you when your A-Score moves or spend integrity issues are detected
• Improve Our Services: Analyze aggregated, anonymized data to enhance verification accuracy and develop new features
• Process Payments: Bill your subscription and process transactions securely
• Communicate With You: Send service updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Ensure Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Prohibited Uses: In strict accordance with Meta's Platform Terms, we do not use Meta Platform Data for any surveillance purposes, discriminatory practices, or to violate any individual's rights.

3. How We Share Your Information

3.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform:

• Service Providers (Google Gemini): We share specific, aggregated ad performance metrics with Google solely for the purpose of generating your verification report. Google's use of data is governed by their Privacy Policy and API usage terms
• Stripe: Payment processing (see Stripe Privacy Policy)
• Cloud Hosting: Replit for secure application hosting and database storage
• Social Media Platforms: We access your advertising data via official APIs using OAuth authentication

3.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

3.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

3.4 What We DO NOT Do

• We DO NOT sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes
• We DO NOT share your data with other Ad IntellX users or competitors
• We DO NOT use your data to train AI models
• We DO NOT rent, lease, or lend your data to any third party
• We DO NOT combine your data with data from other users for purposes outside our service

4. Data Retention

• Advertising Performance Data: Stored for 90 days to enable historical analysis and A-Score trend tracking
• Account Information: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account closure
• Payment Records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
• Aggregated Analytics: Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement

5. Your Privacy Rights

5.1 Access and Portability

You can request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format.

5.2 Correction

You can update or correct your account information at any time through your dashboard settings.

5.3 Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data by visiting our Data Deletion Request page, removing Ad IntellX from your Facebook App Settings, or contacting us at partnership@adintellx.com. We will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5.4 GDPR Rights (EU Users)

If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

5.5 CCPA Rights (California Users)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt-out of sale (note: we do not sell personal information).

6. Data Security

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL
• Secure Storage: Data is stored in encrypted PostgreSQL databases with access controls
• OAuth Authentication: We use secure OAuth 2.0 tokens — we never store your passwords
• Access Controls: Limited employee access to personal data on a need-to-know basis

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, analyze usage patterns to improve our service, and detect and prevent fraud. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may limit certain features.

8. Third-Party Links

Our service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites. Please review their privacy policies.

9. Children's Privacy

Ad IntellX is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU data transfers.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date, notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect, and display a prominent notice in your dashboard.

12. Platform-Specific Disclosures

12.1 Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Your use of Ad IntellX is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Revoking Meta Access: You can revoke Ad IntellX's access to your Meta account at any time. To do this, visit your Facebook profile, navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Security and Login > Business Integrations, and remove the Ad IntellX app. Revoking access will immediately stop our application from collecting any further data from your Meta account. You may also submit a data deletion request at /meta/data-deletion.

12.2 Google

Ad IntellX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information received from Google Ads API is used solely to provide Ad IntellX's A-Score verification service to the authenticated user.

12.3 Google Gemini AI

We transmit aggregated performance metrics to Google Gemini for AI-assisted analysis within your verification report. See Google's Privacy Policy for details on how Google handles API data.
